Hi, I’m Alexandra—you can call me Alex! I am a Wellcoaches-certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), and Prosci-certified in Change Management. My expertise combines a deep understanding of habit-building and stress management with proven strategies for navigating personal and professional transitions.
My passion for health and wellness began during my early microbiology studies, where I discovered how food and lifestyle impact overall health. Later, a high-stress work environment taught me firsthand the importance of mindfulness, resilience, and self-care. These experiences fuel my mission to help others overcome similar challenges.
